Personal Training Sessions
Personal Training consists of 1-on-1 training at your gym, at your home or gym in the town.
The training is specifically designed just for you and your goals and needs, that I will personally created.
Training includes weight measurement, body fat percentage (BF), basal metabolism index (BMI), basal metabolism (BMR).
We wiil do on 5th and 10th workout check up just to compare the results and see where we are.
As I always tell to my clients, Relax and Enjoy!
Workout Plan
The Workout Plan consists of list of exercises, number of series, repetitions as well as the frequency and intervals at which the exercises should be done.
I am making a unique plan for you and for your needs so that each plan is different as also a split day.
For clients in the city, it is advisable you to see me and to do basic body measurements, weight measurement, body fat percentage (BF), basal metabolism index (BMI), basal metabolism (BMR), to see where we are starting from, for online clients you will have to do the basic measures by yourself and to send me. Each plan is made for 1 month.
Once a week you are required to send me your weight and 2 pictures from front and back, to see your progress, and at the end of the month a large body check is done to see and follow your progress.
Nutrition Plan
The Nutrition Plan consists of precisely selected macro and micro nutrients that are needed to achieve your goals.
Whether your goal is to increase muscle mass, reduce fat deposits, or just build muscle tone, you are in the right place.
You will need to tell me how is your currently food plan during the day, what is your goals and what you want to achieve, are you allergic to some type of food and what is your current state of health, are you taking medication?
