WHO AM I?
I am Milos Ilic, Reps and IFBB certificated personal trainer located in Dubai, an individual who have varying degree of knowledge of general fitness involved in exercise prescription and instruction.
Also I am motivating clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability to you, measuring your’s strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments.
I am athlete, not just personal trainer, who is competing in fitness and bodybuilding.
These fitness assessments may also be performed before and after an exercise program to measure your’s improvements in physical fitness.
I have high standards of excellence in exercise physiology, nutrition, anatomy, training program development, exercise application, health screening, and fitness assessments.
What also I am doing?
Also I am educating my clients in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines.
As a personal trainer I am recognizing my own areas of expertise.
If I suspects that one of my clients has a medical condition that could prevent him/her from safe participation in an exercise program, I must refer to them to do proper health check with professional for prior clearance.

In addition you have access to your coach/trainer when you need them most, through email, text, or phone.
