I am Milos Ilic, Reps and IFBB certificated personal trainer located in Dubai, an individual who have varying degree of knowledge of general fitness involved in exercise prescription and instruction.

Also I am motivating clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability to you, measuring your’s strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments. I am athlete, not just personal trainer, who is competing in fitness and bodybuilding.

These fitness assessments may also be performed before and after an exercise program to measure your’s improvements in physical fitness.

I have high standards of excellence in exercise physiology, nutrition, anatomy, training program development, exercise application, health screening, and fitness assessments.
